Our facilities include a spacious great room and separate break-out rooms, and are versatile enough to fit almost any size or type of business meeting or social gathering you can plan.
 No cubicles or ringing telephones, no flourescent lights or bland furnishings common in hotel meeting rooms, conference facilities or meeting centers - just a relaxing space surrounded by large windows providing an unequaled water view and inspiration for the free exchange of ideas. Whether you envision a traditional style presentation, or something designed to encourage ‘outside-the-box’ interaction, Lake Union Crew fits the bill.
 Room to work
All of our rooms can be arranged to accommodate many different meeting formats. The great room's open floor plan awaits your seating arrangement selection. Two adjacent break-out rooms are available for small group interaction. Our chartroom is arranged to handle your more formal meetings. A 10 foot conference table and comfortable chairs help you focus on your agenda. Flexibility is an advantage of our space; choose one of our schematics or create your own!
Room to learn
Our classroom/media room has all the amenities you need for a variety of presentations: VHS/DVD, WiFi, high speed cable, and a projection screen. Sliding French doors separate the smaller rooms from the main room and make it easy to create private, quiet areas for discussion.
Whether you're hosting a multi-media presentation, training session, management retreat, client event or team building function, we will work with you to provide the environment you have in mind. Our able, courteous staff can help you plan the appropriate room set-up, recommend the right caterer, or provide a facilitator.

Lake Union Crew is home to the Seattle Team Building Institute. STBI offers a unique, custom tailored program for groups of eight or more. Lessons from the sport of rowing illustrate challenges in the business world or those specific to your group. You and your colleagues will come away from the day with a fresh new perspective and better tools with which to communicate and cooperate.
