Coaching
Lake Union Crew offers several levels of rowing programs for novice to experienced rowers that are unmatched in the region in their quality and flexibility. In order to achieve these high standards, Lake Union Crew is commited to recruiting experienced coaches and developing new coaches. LUC is currently hiring coaches for current year-round programs and summer seasonal programs.
Ideal coaching candidates should:
- Possess a strong knowledge of both sweep and scull disciplines
- Be adaptible to various skill levels and learning preferences
- Have flexibility to coach mornings or evenings and some weekends
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with team of coaches
