LUC & HNA 2007 Erg/Tank Fundraiser

When Is The Fundraiser Happening?

July 5th marked the launch of this website (again, a total secret from Rome) and the official beginning of the ergs and tank fundraiser (ETF).

As you may recall, the original goal was to raise $19,000 by mid-October so the new ergs could be received in time for a mid-November presentation ceremony. HOWEVER, WE RAISED THE MONEY TO BUY THE NEW ERGS IN JUST 12 DAYS!!!

So, the party is now set for Thursday, August 2, 7:30 - 9:30pm.

Celebration Party Details

Rome thinks the party is a summer celebration for LUC and HNA rowers. She may be surprised to see HNA and LUC parents there. If so, no big deal - you heard this was a family party. Right!? :)

When
Thursday, August 2nd, 7:30-9:30  (Right after boat loading for Greenlake.)    The presentation to Rome is at 8:15pm in the great room. 

Why 
To celebrate LUC's 10th Anniversary, our big and wonderful LUC/HNA family, and to say thank you to Rome.

What to bring
- an appetizer or dessert to share
- champagne punch will be provided or bring your own beverage
- $5 suggested donation
 
Where
At the boathouse, where else?

RSVP 
Please RSVP if you are coming as the boathouse has a capacity of 150. It's okay to go over 150 - we'll just move the party outside, but it will be good to know in advance if that will be necessary. If you can, please use the sign-up sheet on the front counter of the boathouse. If you won't be at the boathouse just send an RSVP email to ergsandtank@lakeunioncrew.com
