Tail of the Lake Regatta 2010
October 3, 2010 marks the 16th running of the Tail of the Lake Regatta, sponsored by Holy Names Academy and Lake Union Crew.
Tail of the Lake is the first Seattle area head race of the fall rowing season. Held on beautiful Lake Union in downtown Seattle, the city skyline provides the backdrop for the 4K course. From the vantage point of Gas Works Park at the north end of Lake Union, racers remain in view of spectators from start to finish - an uncommon occurrence in head racing - making this regatta fun for fans and rowers alike.
The regatta is comprised of 3 flights and offers categories for lightweight, junior, open, and masters rowers. The entry deadline is Friday, September 24, 2010. Late entries are welcome with a surcharge.
The General Information Packet is now available! Please review this document for all the details you'll need to register and submit your waiver(s).
