Team building options
As part of our team building program, we consult directly with you to get an understanding of your work environment to create something that speaks directly to your business. Sessions can range from one hour to a full day. We can also provide multi-day presentations depending on your needs. Your trainer is welcome or you can use one of our qualified facilitators. Below are some topics we have covered.

The Regatta Experience
Option A includes
- Full day facility rental

- Tank and on water rowing experience with world class coaching and state of the art equipment

- 8.00am Arrival and refreshments
- 8.15-9:30 Presentation and activities
- 9:45-10:15 Coached indoor tank rowing
- 10:30-11:45 Coached rowing on water
- 12:00-1:30 Presentation wrap up & lunch
- 1.30–2.30 Presentation and activities
- 2.30–3.00 Refreshment break
- 3–4:30 Presentation and activities
- 4.30–5 Wrap up and evaluation
**Facilitator available for half or full day presentations.
Can include the complete facilitation of the team building workshop or be in addition to your presentation.

Business Meeting with a "Water Break"
If you are looking for a unique atmosphere for your business meeting and do not need a facilitator, Lake Union Crew is the perfect place to hold your meeting off site. LUC also provides an opportunity to break up the monotony of your business meeting or insert a unique ice breaker with a rowing session led by world class coaches and using state of the art equipment.
Options C includes
- Full or half day facility rental
